To see a quick definition for a word or phrase, simply type the word "define" or "definition" into the Google search box, then the word(s) you want defined, and then click the Enter key or the Google search button.
Sometimes the best way to ask a question is to get Google to "fill in the blank" by adding an asterisk (*) at the part of the sentence or question that you want finished. Then hit the Enter key or click the Google search button to see you results.
To find pages that include either of two search terms, add an uppercase OR between the two queries in the search box, then hit the Enter key or click the Google search button.
Use the numerical range operator to search for results containing numbers in a given range. Just type two numbers, separated by two periods (..) with your search terms into the Google search box and hit the Enter key or click the Google search button.
To check the flight status for arriving and departing U.S. flights, type the name of the airline and the flight number into the Google search box and hit the Enter key or click the Google search button.
